Writing Process and Goals

My writing varies according to who I am talking to.  With text messages everything is formal.  I write formally when writing essays and other things related school.  Before I even start writing anything, I like to start by taking a look over other people's writing and see what they talked about.  By doing this I get even more ideas of topics I could potentially write about.  The only type of writing I do outside of school is from e-mail and texting.  I do not necessarily practice every step of the writing process in my current writing, but I am not opposed to trying new things.  The easiest part of the writing process for me is the drafting.  I can just keep rambling until my fingers get tired.  For the most part I don't mind doing a lot of writing.  I just have a habit of procrastinating and that a habit that I am trying to kick to the curb starting this semester! Revising is definitely one of my weaker points with writing.  I could definitely work on this by reviewing what I post onto this blog, since I know many people will be looking at it..   Thanks for reading!
